1. Who we are and when these terms apply
These Terms of Sale and Software License (the “Terms”) are an agreement between Georgii Khoroshilov, an individual carrying on business under the trade name Good Export Studio and the brand GoodSewed, based in Thailand (“GoodSewed”, “we”, “us”), and the person or organisation using the website, creating an account, or purchasing a product (“you”).
By checking the required acceptance box and creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally able to form a binding contract. If you act for a company or another organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it, and “you” includes that organisation.
2. Products and compatibility
GoodSewed products are downloadable software tools, plug-ins, scripts, related documentation, and updates. Product pages state the principal features, supported host software, license capacity, price, and any known technical requirements. You are responsible for checking compatibility before purchase and keeping a supported, lawfully licensed host application and operating system.
3. Account and ordering
A GoodSewed account is required to purchase, receive, activate, and manage a license. You must provide accurate information, keep access credentials secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised use. Orders are processed by Stripe. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and the license entitlement appears in your account or we send a confirmation.
Stripe processes payment and may apply its own privacy and payment terms. You authorise us and Stripe to exchange the information reasonably necessary to complete the transaction, prevent fraud, maintain the order record, and provide the purchased product. Transactional notices, receipts, security messages, and support replies may be delivered electronically to your account email.
Prices and currencies are shown before payment. Taxes may be added where required. A business customer is responsible for providing a valid legal name, billing address, and tax identification number when requesting business tax treatment or an invoice.
4. Digital delivery
Delivery is electronic. After successful payment, access is normally granted in your GoodSewed account and, when a build is available, through its Downloads section. Activation keys, download links, and account access are personal to the license holder. If access does not appear within a reasonable time after confirmed payment, contact support with the order identifier.
5. License grant
Subject to payment and continued compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the purchased product for your own internal creative or production work. The number of devices, users, or concurrent seats is the capacity shown on the product page, checkout, or order record.
An individual license may be used only by its named owner. A business license may be used by the customer’s personnel and contractors solely for that customer’s internal projects and only within the purchased capacity. Contractors do not receive a separate right to retain, reuse, distribute, or transfer the software.
6. Restrictions
You must not, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits:
- share, resell, rent, sublicense, publish, or distribute the software, activation key, or account access;
- circumvent licensing, activation, security, seat, or access controls;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software;
- remove copyright, attribution, trademark, or proprietary notices;
- use the product or support service unlawfully or to harm another person or system.
Files and creative output lawfully produced with the software remain yours or your client’s. These Terms do not claim ownership of your scenes, animation, characters, exports, or other production content.
7. Updates and support
We may release fixes, compatibility updates, and feature updates at our discretion. A one-time purchase does not promise every future major version, perpetual development, compatibility with unreleased third-party software, or a particular support response time. Available downloads, release notes, and product support are provided through the website and account area.
8. Refunds
Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. It explains refunds before digital access begins, duplicate payments, delivery failures, material defects, and the effect of requesting immediate access. Nothing in these Terms removes a non-waivable right you have under applicable consumer law.
9. Intellectual property
GoodSewed products, code, documentation, website content, logos, and related intellectual property remain owned by Georgii Khoroshilov or the identified rights holder. You receive only the usage rights expressly granted in these Terms; ownership of the software is not sold or assigned.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access while investigating fraud, payment reversal, account compromise, or a material breach. We may terminate a license for a material breach that is not remedied after reasonable notice, or immediately for intentional piracy, credential sharing, or circumvention of license controls. Termination does not affect accrued payment obligations or rights that must survive.
11. Warranties and liability
We will provide the software with reasonable care and aim for it to materially match its product description. Software can contain defects and can be affected by third-party host applications, operating systems, drivers, scenes, and pipelines. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation in every environment.
For business customers, to the maximum extent allowed by law, indirect, incidental, special, and consequential losses, loss of profit, revenue, production time, or data are excluded, and our aggregate liability for a product is limited to the amount paid for that product during the twelve months preceding the claim. These exclusions and limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to fraud, wilful misconduct, or liability that cannot legally be limited. Consumer customers retain all mandatory legal remedies.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Before starting formal proceedings, both parties should attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute through support. Courts with jurisdiction in Thailand may hear disputes, but a consumer may also rely on any mandatory protections and forum rights that apply in the consumer’s country and cannot lawfully be waived.
13. Changes and contact
The version accepted for an order continues to govern that order. We may update these Terms for future orders and will show a new effective date and version. Material changes affecting an existing paid license will be communicated where reasonably necessary.
